Julien and Sarah Launois are passionate winemakers creating splendid Champagnes from their family’s Grand Cru vineyards in Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs – one of the very finest Chardonnay terroirs in all of Champagne. From vine to bottle, they work with a deep and abiding respect for the natural environment. These champagnes are where rigour meets refinement and each bottle of this tiny production is a memorable experience.
