Rave Review: Burghound.com on 2010 Chanson Beaune 1er Cru “Bressandes” – 90 to 93 Points!

WINERY PROFILE | Domaine Chanson

“A slightly riper extract of plum, cassis and violet nose is trimmed in just enough minerality to add a touch of elegance to the nose. The floral character is actually accentuated in the mouth with the mouth coating and suave middle weight flavors possessing outstanding depth and length. This is much more powerful than is typical for Bressandres yet it remains at its essence a wine of refinement and grace. Note however that the supporting tannins are exceptionally firm and this will require between 12 to 15 years to reach its apogee. Terrific. 2012+”
