2 oz Lustau Don Nuno Oloroso Sherry
1 oz Lustau East India Sherry
1/3 oz maple syrup
Fresh mint leaves
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
Combine liquids in a shaker with ice and stir gently. Put crushed ice in glass and mint leaves into glass. Strain liquids from shaker over the crushed ice and mint. Top with garnish.
